Contact channels
Live chat
Usually a chat icon in the corner of the site. Good for quick questions about bonuses, deposits or verification. Ask for a transcript or copy the conversation if the answer matters.
Better for complaints and withdrawal problems, because you have a written record. Include your username, the date, the amount and the transaction reference.
Phone
Less common at new casinos and often not free from New Zealand. Check the number and hours on the contact page.
How to get a fast answer
- Collect the facts first: username, dates, amounts, payment method and transaction IDs.
- State the problem and what you want in one or two sentences.
- Attach screenshots of error messages or the cashier.
- Keep copies of every chat and email until the issue is closed.
Common problems support can fix
- Login and password problems.
- Verification: which documents are missing and why one was rejected.
- Deposits that left your bank but did not reach the balance.
- Withdrawals stuck as pending.
- Bonuses that did not credit, or wagering that looks wrong.
- Games that froze mid-round; ask for the round ID to be checked.
When support cannot help
If support does not resolve a complaint, ask for the formal complaints procedure in writing. If that fails too, contact the regulator named in the casino's licence. Offshore regulators differ a lot in how they handle complaints, which is one reason to check the licence before you deposit.
Our review method explains how we look at licences, and our terms and conditions guide shows where complaint rules sit in the terms.
